body proportions and hitting squat depth

Whenever I squat heavy for extended periods of time I get like a glitchy quad. It feels like a pinched nerve in my glute and get like a shooting electrical pain in the quad when I use the clutch in my car sometimes. Any ideas?

Sounds like a pinched nerve all right. One for the physio?

I don't know if this will solve it.. but start foam rolling the ITB and using a small ball to release the trigger points in the glutes. See how that goes.

I normally can figure out this shit myself
I just need to know what to do

You better get that looked at by a physio, sooner rather than later, to me, it reads like some issues with lower back, with the size of your frame and the weight lifted it does not suprise me.
