Hey guys Mid last year I ran a sus250 (250mg/week) and tren (300mg/week), yeh I know I fucked up. And as a result developed fina dick. Thought it would go away after a few months, it didn't. So instead of seeing a doctor I thought I would run a test e only cycle 200mg/week with a pct of nolva 20mg ed and clomid 100/50/25/25/25. Whilst on cycle I had great use of my dick, but as soon as I stopped it went away and pct didn't do anything (except help keepmy gains). I went to an endocrinologist in dandenong and he was an absolute **** and refused to do any blood tests on me and told me to wait it out.

Just wondering if there are any good ones in Melbourne area, I'm willing to travel anywhere. Getting a little desperate guys

Thanks ONI yeh I'm aware of the meds I can take, I want to know what is exactly the problem is eg high prolactin or E2 or whatever else, before I get them.

And guys fina dick is the worst thing ever

You're shutdown and you have low levels of LH
Get a bloodtest for LH from your GP and you'll see. You should be fine with the HCG though. IMO that's all you'll need to take.

250iu a day for 6 days, if you don't notice a difference then up this to 500iu a day. More is not always better with HCG so start with the lower dose first. Take this every day for 4 weeks if you're doing 250iu but stop at 3 weeks if you go up to 500iu. Take a month off then re-evaluate. Repeat as needed.

You could also run nolvadex at the same time. 20mg a day. Don't use the clomid. You would also benefit from IGF-1 use.

If you need any help with this, please PM me. Thanks to my career I have free access to many specialists in Adelaide and I'll be able to get you free consultations based on your bloods. I don't usually do this but you dun goofed pretty bad

ONI your a star. Thanks heaps, I wasn't aware that I could get tests like this from a gp. I will be going tomorrow to get it done!
Also, I picked up a natty test booster and b6 (400mg a day for prolactin) just for the sake of it, hopefully they will help, even a little bit would be great

Does viagta or cialis work. Just take the pills and ride it out till you bounce back.

Haven't tried them as I've been too scared to get a girl into bed. Read a few threads where they have been no help, and I'm already depressed from this shit, and not getting up for the occasion would make me worse. i might try them at home alone and see what happens.
Thanks for advice

How's this going mate?
Are your testes back to normal size from the IGF-1 therapy yet?

Hi Oni, all,
I'm in a similar position as Jor el. I have secondary hypogonadism (low LH, FSH and testosterone). My endocrinologist in Melbourne has put me on Clomid, but does not want to look at HCG. Now, I've not taken any bloodwork since taking Clomid about a month ago, but even if it did improve my levels, I'm feeling pretty crap while on it, so I think the HCG would have been a better option. Does someone know of a specialist in Melbourne who can think 'outside the box'?

When you say you have secondary Hypogonadism, did your Endocrinologist ordered MRI to see any masses around your pituitary gland, also did he or she check for prolactin level to rule out any nasty disease that may or not be growing as benign tumors that sometimes presses on pituitary gland and render the gland insufficient to make LH (HCG analogue) which then eventually travel to your gonads or testis for processing into testosterone and sperms(via FSH).

in your case its very IMPORTANT to rule out via MRI for any of the above, then get treatment as necessary either HCG monotherapy or clomid therapy with anastrazole. I have the knowledge as I went through it myself and now I have quit TRT as it put my E2 quite high and my Endo do not believe in Aromatase inhibitors to stop T to be converted to E2( nasty thing if you get too high).

Finding a good endocrinologist in Australia is quite hard but please rule out your condition first.

Cheers

Nope, my Endocrinologist believes there is no need for an MRI... Prolactin levels were OK. I'll probably have more luck asking the GP for an MRI referral, so might just do that, thanks.

Sorry to drag this one up again, but, ChrisV...did you manage to find a endo in Melbourne that was open to HCG treatment? I have a similar issue to yourself with low T, LH and FSH and normal prolactin. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Might have to go black market bro.. I know you cant even import the indian pharma stuff anymore...

Pretty sure that chit was underdosed anyways.
