Thoracic pain

HI, i have had upper back bain for a while now which prevents me doing certain exercises including deadlifts! fml. have done it twice now and it is still sore. it has left me with 6 months of no gym in total. No doctor can give me a good answer but it could possibly be cartlidge damage. are there any peptides or supplements that might help in the healing?

Have you seen a physio? I'm sure there would be some treatment available before resorting to peptides.

Are there any other symptoms like tingling, numbness, swelling, loss of ROM, Intermittent or constant pain, what movements or motions aggravate it?

If so, I suggest getting a scan done, preferably MRI.

spb. MRI definately. See a good physio and maybe a sports doctor to help diagnose.

Your welcome to email me personally because I have a lot of personal experience with this and it would have been nice to have the help when I first went through it.

See your GP and get a few scans done. Really the only way to know for sure what's going on. Then you can see physios etc for proper treatment
