I used to have a power rack in garage I put mats down decked out crazy home built tbar row attached to rack and wtf I brought steel plates !!! Big mistake the wife would Complain everymorning about the metal plates banging...so on eBay the rack went and back to commercial land I went.

I suggest put your gym bag in car night before or sneak out back door it's only your keys . Or make up 2 sets one with car key one with house key and they won't rattle. Heaps of options. I could never Go back to the sweat soaked peek hour Kaos I would loose my marbles at some **** texting on the bench instead benching.
