In South Africa there's no minimum sentence for that charge, so he may not spend a single night in prison. This has been the case there for the same charge many times for 1st time offenders! Crazy eh!?

Just when he thought he was off with home detention. It's like they pulled the rug out from under him.
 
how was he to know the first 3 shots he fired hit their intended target? It was through a locked bath room door.

Of course you would fire a 4th just to make sure.....

One could make the argument that the restraint shown by firing only 4 shots actually put him in immediate danger, when any normal person would have had an automatic with a hi cap mag and released at least 30 rounds through that door. He's actually a hero and great humanitarian.
