Basic Home Gym

I think I'm going with commercial flat bench, I like having a flat bench rather than using a adjustable one for flat.

I also just saw the Force USA power rack and that thing looks pretty beast, considering of getting that one aswell

Fair enough. Just found it a little strange lol

The Commercial Force Rack or the Standard Rack? Think the latter is about $700 ish.

Yeah, I find that sometimes the small gap on adjustable benches annoying, im really fussy about small things. E.G I wont be getting the MM Power rack because theres no j hooks for it haha

Just the standard one, it has nice hole spacing aswell. Yeah hopefully I can grab a discount, shoot them a email or smth!

So far my list is:

Force USA Power Rack
Muscle Motion Barbell
Olympic Ez Curl Bar
Olympic Tricep Bar
Muscle Motion Commercial Flat Bench

And the weights im still indecisive of where to get weight plates haha, I love those old fashion iron cast york plates but doesnt seem to have them over here!

Same, I can get picky at times lol. But the gap is pretty good on my bench, plus it's a little longer so I can set up the way I want without my ass falling in the gap.

They have the old school plates in Aus, but they're expensive. $4+ per kg.
