Working around a broken finger

So I broke my pinky finger on the weekend and now my left hand is in a cast, can you please give me some suggestions on what exercises I could do to maintain my upper body strength?

I bought some wrist wraps so I can do one arm deadlifts lol

If anyone has done these can you tell me what % of your two handed deadlift would be safe to handle?
 
If you have access to a safety squat bar you can get into all sorts of good mornings which will help maintain your squat and deadlift.

Upper body - not sure. You can do one arm work which apparently has carry over to your other side.
