Hey all got a few questions regarding this article

Sports Injuries: How to Prevent Shoulder Injuries - Men's Fitness

Long story short hurt my RC last year , took some time off from lifting , corrected some bad form . Getting back into it now and unfortunately getting some light pain after/during a workout .

In regards to this part in the article

"Reach one hand behind your back. Can you slide your hand upwards along your spine, to touch the bottom of your shoulder blade?"

Tried this , left arm can go all the way and reach about mid shoulder blade , right arm (sore arm) can't even reach bottom .. Could a lack of flexibility be the cause of my problem ? Anyone shed some more light on this ? Also , does the towel exercise work ?

Thanks in advance bro's & hoe's .

Edit: Wrong section sorry
