International chest day?

From what I can gather, most people on here are obsessed with full body or upper/lower splits.. so less people would be doing a chest-based workout tonight.

Unless it's 20% of the people responding to 80% of the threads..

Funnily enough I'm running a 4 day a week upper/lower split so if I make it tonight I will be doing incline bench but that's it for chest :p
 
i dont see any value in doing upper n lower splits if your trying to get big.. stength and endurance maybe but not for maximum hypertrophy

Give me an example mate of this routine ? I'm interested is for size or strengh ect?
 
i dont really have particular days that i train as work gets in the way a fair bit. i just try and train when i can

I get depressed if I don't have constitency it messes me up mentally. Training wise I train instinctively but set days is a must for me. I'm very hard and disciplined on my self even if there's a funeral or wedding I'm very selfish when it comes to my training lol
