Figured I'd ask for diet advice here. How's this look for a diet to lose weight while gaining strength.
Bodyweight: 110kg, 194cm height
Body fat %: estimated 25%
Macros %: 40 / 40 / 20 (carbs / protein / fat)
Calories: 2900/day (10% less than what I need)
Protein(g)/day: 285
Carbs(g)/day: 285
Fat(g)/day: 21
Projected weight loss: 1.2kg/month
I may also try to lose 2kg/month by adjusting the above.
Thanks for reading. As for meals I'll try to make them 'natural' and many and varied, but staples will be steak, eggs, bread, vegies & chicken.
