Bit pissed with this workout stalled on bench and lost reps on chin ups. Don't understand
 
Felt guilty for not doin deads dis morning so went back for a night sesh

so hmm after a huge weekend on the blinds , managed to get into gym today for a crack wasnt much of a crack though just goin through the motions nowhere near giving it my all, and results show ....

note to self ( lets have a few months off the piss )
 
Quick update had a week off got the sack from work so gym wasn't at the top the list alls good now new job . Got in the gym last night fully packed didn't really get a good sesh noticed lost some strength . Back to charging hard tommmoro night can't wait
