Jimmys lets get serious for 2013

Righto, pretty pissed off with myself at the moment - went and had a weights session this arvo and felt like a weak, fat slug. Made some really good progress for 4 months or so during 2012 then had a few personal and work related issues crop up that I used as piss weak excuses to stop training.
Determined to stick at it this year, and also want to win the little side comp on increasing your 1rms.
The plan - KISS theory, 4 days lifting a week - 5x5 with accessories, slowly increase weight when all 5x5 are complete
Monday Arvo - Squat with accessories
Wednesday Arvo - Bench with accessories
Friday Arvo - Deadlift with accessories
Saturday or Sunday - Overhead Press, Powercleans and accessories
-Might run a bit of abs / core work Tuesday and Thursday arvo depending on how I feel.
-Will also be doing a bit of crossfit in the mornings (6am) as when I did this before I found my whole attitude / motivation during the day was 100% better.
