Lex 2013 transformation

102kg, back in the gym last week.

work out at lunch time, then bikram yoga after work.

Need new belts and a new wardrobe (mostly to baggy)

100.9 kg slowly getting there :D

Need new belts and work clothes again. Down to xl from 2xl being tight
(and old bike jacket was 5xl , newer one is 3xl but bit tight on the forearms).
Can fit into 36 waist (down from 43 , was 38 at xmas).

Just need to get more lifting in.

Great progress Alex!

But yes, now is a good time to think about not losing LBM along with everything else :)

This fatloss business is rather expensive with all the new clothes buying

king gees for work so not to bad - get a lot of complaints from some of the academics that I should dress like an engineer.

According to them engineers should only wear a suit and a tie - no effing way!
Maybe if your a desk jockey or don't have to do any real work.

Dexascan in next fortnight.

LOL just make sure you have 39 pens in your pen pocket and a slide rule within reach and you will be totally legit with you KGs :D

Dexa ... yes, I should have one too but am waiting a little longer to see if my current eating spree will make a diff along with training.

Only been on my current training regime for 3 months (with diff programs already and one starting next week after 1RM testing finishes today).
So worth the wait.

But you've made such good progress already, i hope you get a great dexa result!
