Dark. High protein low carb can obviously work and work well for some people. The eat until full part doesn't for me. If I eat until full on low carb ill end up as fat as a house.
 
How so, eating until your full is doomed from the start, how do you judge calories to maintain lose or gain weight?

Yep. Do what is long term sustainable for you to keep at a healthy body fat level. The rest is minor details.

lol, 90% of the general population haven't got a clue what this is. you're 100% correct, but I work with women who think eating a packet full of diet cookies is actually healthy.
