increasing the squat

my deadlifts' bench press' and military press have all been progressing nicely

bench - 75 -dl- 150 - mp- 45 '' not the best still noob''

but my squat just seems to be stuck at 70 kg
i spent awhile correcting and working on my form and mobility so that i could squat ass to grass.
but it just seems to be stuck :(

any advice on how to increase my squat ' ect deload day' squat twice a week ' less weight more reps ' more weight less reps ' any advice would help

Depends on what you have been doing, but generally squat more.

Try 20 rep squats occasionally to mix things up.
 
yeah chances are it just sucks balls.
get on down to a strength gym and get some advice mate. you wont regret it.

noticed you are in sydney. theres a whole bunch of guys at ptc sydney that could help. or somewhere similar for that matter.
