Like anything else in life there is a right way the wrong way and the max power way ( lol homer simpson quote) when it comes to fitness training.

Here a 5 Common Fitness Training Mistakes that alot of people make

1)Poor Training Technique especially when it comes to weight training. Knowing the correct way to do an exercise is key. Improper technique is the fast pace to injury. Excessive body movement in order to lift means the weight is too heavy. Strict form is rule 1 for getting the most benefit from your workouts.

2)Training Exactly like the magazines tell You- Fitness training is not one size fits all. Everyone is different what works for a proffessional bodybuilder may not work for you. Learn the basics then experiment to see what your body responds to. Try different routines some exercises will work better than others.

3) Not getting enough Sleep- remember when starting a training program you are putting extra stress on your body it needs time to recover. Not getting enough sleep can bring down your immune system.

4)Bad Eating Habits-Learn proper Nutrition this is the quickest path to reaching your fitness goals. Cheating on your nutrition today and trying to do some extra training doesn’t balance out.

5) Not having a workout plan- I keep a journal for my workouts weight, sets, reps and exercises along with how long my workout takes. I know what I’m doing for every workout before I start it. I know what I am doing next without having to stop and think about it.
