Hey there,

im wondering if anyone knows any good products out there somewhere in between providing better results that protein powder but not to the point of injecting steroids.

im taking protein shakes at the moment but i want to see bigger faster results without injecting

anyone with help or suggestions about products which can aid in faster muscle strength and growth would be greatly appreciated

If you want to boost your testosterone to "build muscle faster", you will need to use testosterone. Simple.

Squats, good food, and a proper program is all you will need mate. Stop looking for shortcuts.
 
How about adding a significant amount of weight to all your lifts and eat more food.

Squat, deadlift, eat, sleep repeat. You wanna get big try eating at least 4000cals a day.
 
Lotta harsh replies in this thread, OP I'm gonna do you a favour. There is a legal injectable supplement that isn't a steroid and will get you huge real quick. Its called synthol, all the pros are on it, instant results, cheap, you don't even have to lift anymore.

Just buy a few vials online and watch those muscles grow.

Protein powder will not give you results it's FOOD mate just FOOD thats all protein is. You also need to train HARD combined with FOOD and REST.

So you are saying you did this and you are the only person to never grow??

How heavy did you squat?? How hard did you push??? How many years did you do it for???
 
They aren't important mate, they are everything.

You need no boost, you need more food.
What do you currently deadlift?
