Squatted 150 for 4 reps this morning. 1st time I have squatted twice my bodyweight. Depth on 2 of the reps wasn't pretty though. Pretty stoked all the same.

150x 4 is pretty cool man. ?
 
Recently: 107.5 bench (with ease), 210 deadlift (not slow), and before these a 160 squat (good depth).

On track for some numbers I've been striving for, seems like forever.

I had the strength to go deeper but it would have passed in a non-natty fed. I berried 165 though, touched the pins on one side

Looks like you struggled more racking the bar than actually squatting it :p

How much are you weighing these days? You've definitely beefed up since last year.
 
Hory shet, 50kg, that's tiny!

I just ate 4 servings of cake and ice cream, washed down with a protein shake (to make it healthy yo). The road to SHW is paved with deliciousness.
