Squats- 180kg x 3
I think a PB.

My missus came up short of her expectations but got 92.5kg deadlift.
 
Yeah mate, she wanted 100...but in the end her hip flexor injury took it's till...now she needs to rest!!!
I'm pretty happy with my squats and deadlifts. I video nearly every session and squats look much better than they did a year ago. Now I need to keep injury free :)
 
Back to regular training intensity tonight.

3 sets of 155kg deadlift triples. For either a 2.5kg or 5kg 3RM PB.
 
Just gonna stick to raw conventional, too many variables with suits and sumo, i just want to grab the bar and pick it up
 
Tested OHP 1 RM today.

60kg x 0
Put belt on -
60kg x 1.

Yes it sucks but it's a start and I guess a point to work up from.
