All good here. Still training evvy day. Have 3 kids now (all girls) and a totally new career. Thanks for a few mentions, ill start re posting my training diary soon. New job, study and family doesn't allow too much free internet time, so I'll do what I can. Cheers boys.

Cross training today.
On my weekdays off i do weights then head to Krav Maga (best ever). But on weekends if time allows I'll do a mixed session.

Today is

6x3 wall handstand push-ups

20 x bosu squats
20 x lunges
400m run

22 x weighted step ups
40 x weighted calf raises
400m run

10 x ring chin ups
10 x inverted pulls
400m run

15 x DB shoulder press
20 x upright rows
400m run

21's w/20kg plate
20 x tricep dips
20 x close grip push-ups
400m run

1 min plank
50 sit-ups
400m run
