Clueless about back but specialise in v taper? Please educate me on how these are unrelated.

V taper = wide shoulders, small waist, narrow legs and WIDE LATS. Now the back is made up of the inner back, lats, rear delts, traps, rhomboids and spinal erectors. I only know you need to develop lats and to some extent the rhomboids to get a V-taper, nothing else about the other parts of the back.

Umirin my knowledge brah? Because I'm not mirin your ignorance of the fact that the back is made up of many different muscles.

Well, from what i've seen so far (your profile photo), face and legs pale as fuark brah, you have more hair than hagrids balls, your fat as fuck, no definition at all. not many aesthetic properties son.

So work lats and rhomboids and leave others alone. Please educate me on how the muscle imbalances won't give me an injury?

It just takes some discipline to stay that low. And yes I said to some extent rhomboids = vtaper because if you develop them they will expand your scapular and hence make your shoulders wider.

Wingman how am I an idiot for saying training your rhomboids makes your back wider? Did you know those are the main muscles worked during wide grip chins along with lats? Go read a physiology textbook you unaesthetic being.

so he is still 7-8% now? that's like 4 years so far?

I thought the width between shoulder joints was limited by the length of your clavicles?
