Sorry but those are NOT teardrop quads. Your bodyfat is too high so there is no definition whatsoever. Also you have hairy and pale legs. Definately not mirin and definately not aesthetic.

If you're going to post a pic on the Zyzz advice thread, please post an aesthetic photo. Thanks.

Ah sorry man yeah i'd rate 2/10 at best wouldn't even touch with your mushroom tip tbh, true what was i thinking, the aesthetic gods wouldn't be pleased.

But please, although i am mirin' the panda swaqq, please reply with pics of your shredded body including perfect v taper and lean chicken legs that emphasize your aesthetic upper body.

Nohomo of course, maybe a little.

these tear drops ok with u? and my wing span is it ok?
I really would like your approval on this matter.

Much better pose compared to the last pic. You look fit compared to the avg joe, but not quite aesthetic yet. A few things you need to work on:

1. More chest development, especially upper pecs. I sense that you do a lot of flat benching for powerlifting at the expense of incline work. But incline benches and flies should be ALL the chest work you do. Flat benching will give a droopy looking chest.

2. Get a leaner, your definition is OK, but you need more cuts and striations to become aesthetic. I'd suggest more high rep work isolation work to cut up and tone the muscles.

3. Traps need A LOT more work. This is because your traps are small and out of proportion compared to the rest of your body. Remember aesthetics = proportions.

4. Tan and haircut. Grow your hair out and get a tan. The tan could bring out your definition a lot better.

Otherwise good job brah, stay dedicated.

I appreciate your advice, but i think the #1 thing Trent could do to look more appealing is change nationalities :p

Oh Trent you wouldn't mind if I come down to Sydney on a weekend to train with you would you? maybe you can help me bench a bit more. I really need to work on my pecs more.

+1.

Also theres this amazing supplement i would recommend you use every day its called celltech a patented supplementary formula, its a proprietary blend so no sneak peaks of whats inside, but dw brah it will shred you to pieces. Listen to OP though. He sounds like he has much knowledge in this area of expertise, you know, aestheticism. Don't act like you don't know what it is brah.

Also albutarex. Take albutarex, before bed

ok time to rock it.. lol this thread..

whats your expert thoughts on this back from 7 years ago .

backtrent.jpg

No idea. I'm clueless when it comes to the back. I specialise in the front body (pecs, delts, abs, V-taper). Couldn't care less about the back to be honest.

u jut said my pecs were shit because i didnt do any incline work and it was imbalance somehow...

doesnt make sense

I didn't say they were shit lol, I just said you need to work upper pecs more to complement your overall aesthetics. Aesthetics = overall proportions, you can't just single out body parts brah.

Clueless about back but specialise in v taper? Please educate me on how these are unrelated.
