what ratio of beef and chicken is best, and which particular steroid does it give the same response as?
does it work with RES100 or will that be too much steroid-like effect to handle without PCT?

Lol res100 chicken and beef would be far too anabolic for a mere human.

Not sure what ratio but he just said combining the 2 proteins gives an anabolic response. Good question though, will ask about the ratios when I see him again.

could you add pork and fish as well? make a big Meat-Shake? then you'd have the best of all 4 worlds! maybe add protein powder too, and some casein... 6 worlds of protein synthesis!

hmm... beef, chicken, fish, pork, blende dup and set in the oven as the ultimate protein meatloaf?

or would that just be a normal kebab?

You could just put it in a 20 gauge and jab it straight into your glute.
