Dietitian's say Extra Protein is doing more harm than good.....

"It felt like I was on drugs," he said. "I was shaking and I got angry.

Bad Journalism. They talk of Protein Powder and make a reference to JACKED.

I did not think that to much Protein is bad for your Kidneys/Liver was News ?>

Been consuming over 150g protein daily for the last 15 year's .. looks like ill be dead soon.

The docters u go for checkups say the sane thing. Max of 50g day

that's an old news story from a few weeks back.

really poor journalism (is there much good journalism left these days? what happened to researching an article?)

by all accounts, we'd all be corpsified by now given the protein consumed by the good folk on this forum and around the world.

I love how these stories always have anecdotes from people describing drug like effects from protein powders. Lol.

These idiots don't even know what they are taking. It's a pretty safe bet it's the beta alanene tingle, a bit of a caffeine buzz along with a nice dose of placebo from the Pre workout supps they are taking. Nothing to do with protein powder anyway.

55 grams of protein. I would have to stop eating pretty much any meat to stay under that. Lol.

Richard had 7 shakes a day, looks like that was the only food he was consuming.

Lol.

And those drug like protein powders look like they have artificially boosted his strength beyond normal limits too.

Looks like 2 plates on high handles of the trap bar to me.

I think everyone's missing the point here... it's not just the power of the protein in the shake.
The key catalyst for success is the total number of shakes per day! Any less than 7 and it's all over red rover.
Bet he times them just right too...woop!
:p
