I've given up on this idea short term mainly because of my stupid hand. Ridiculous calluses /holes at the moment and I really can't see 10,000 KB swings helping the situation.
I reckon just doing 100-200 a day to start...maybe it should be thrown in the monthly challenge thread...
Would be a good PB as well perhaps? How many KB swings can you do per session or per day? Think i need to get a 24 kilo KB to start practicing

Actually have Loved being at home the past 5 or 6 weeks (not actually sure at how many...) with the wife and little girl.This is correct. Basically kind of dodgy if and then binge drinking and dealing with an infant while working from home. Far from optimal. Would not recommend. But it is pretty fun
