standing desk

Nah i use sketchup for the design and pres stuff. 2D acad only for doco. Most of our stuff is clubs and hoapitality so mostly alts and adds, keeps it all simple. Easy as.

Cool I just had visions of you guys still using paper and pencil when you mention large draftie desks, bwahahaha.

having to learn autocad

need a large desk to fit a decent size wacom tablet.
I'm using an older 12 inch by 18 inch intuos great for drawing.

I feel less tired using the standing desk than when I sit down all day.

I plan on getting a standing desk this week to avoid further health complications like deep vein thrombosis etc. Hate sitting down all day.

Btw sorry for bumping up this thread.

Do it. Ive been standing more lately than ever.
Though im finding I get a bit sore sometimes from the mouse. Being a tall kunce...even a 950 high desk is still a little too low for me.
I think if you can, you should set it up so its only an inch or so below your elbow. Maybe higher.

Tim.
