Our new ingredient replacing DMAA in our Pre Workout

It has no stimulant effect, therefore no short term gain, its a LONG TERM supplement.

I don't know why i even take it tbh, such minimal positives

I wasn't saying creatine is a stim, but it does increase high intensity muscular performance when the cells are saturated. It also aids repair. I don't take it separately, although it is incorporated in alot of PWOs.

Post workout ?? No.

Creatine helps draw water into the muscles hence why people get creatine bloat.

The idea is to get peak saturation s fast as possible and then maintain this is why some people pre load with 20gms per day and then maintain at around 3-5gms.

take it anytime of the day.

Thanks GROAR.

I thinks Player thought I was referring to creatine as a stim when I said that creatine saturation pre workout increases muscular performance in another thread.
Cheers Player
