RTD's or just powders?

Anyone here use ready-to-drink protein drinks? So not cost effective, but handy. I keep them stashed everywhere. My favourite at the moment is Aussie Bodies - they've come out with a new low carb version (dutch choc) 30/10/8 with 286cal per 375ml. It's a fave for the breakfast drive. I had a giant tub at work and got sick and tired of the (90% female) workforce using this as cue to talk about propoints and zumba.

Never tried RTD's, can't see the value in them. I funnel powder into an empty water bottle then fill it up at the watercooler at work.

How did the zumba fans like their black eyes? :p

i did that for a while too...but then i had to explain this pouch of powder in a ziplock bag in my purse...that pissed me off too haha

I carry my powder around in one of those baby formula container thingos and have my protein shaker (I have lots of these) on hand. Works pretty well.

For some reason i don't really like my WPI with water and find the taste immeasurably better with skim milk..., so i simply make my own at home and buy aussie bodies after my lunchtime workout.

only use RTD's as a last resort, usually i have a 1kg tub at my desk at work which is fill up from the 5kg tub at home, or is will put powder in a shaker and take with me, that way all you need to find is some water and mix.
