    Made a korean bulgogi marinated kangaroo/bacon explosion.

    500g low fat bacon
    500g roo mince
    1 onion
    100ish grams of spicy bulgogi marinade










    couldn't find my skewers so I improvised

    400g shoulder bacon
    600ml egg whites
    25g low fat cheese
    lemon pepper

    Made 12
    69cals each 11P/2C/2F

    is that all? wow. needs less carbs (presume they're from the sauce) and moar fats (real bacon, fattier mince). i'll bet it was awesome...

    ^^^ I'm not keto And I'm a volume eater so I prefer the lower fat bacon. If you used full fat bacon it would probably be about 5x the cals.
