    Same as most other people on here, wish I squatted, deadlifted and benched from the start and not muck around with bullshit.
    I wasted a long time not eating properly, sucking piss most days and not lifting heavy (I still don't lift heavy compared to most) and wondering why nothing was changing.

    That there is no special routine, no secret exercises or optimal set and rep scheme and all you needed was consistency

    I used to troll me hard when I saw people in the gym with their absolute car crash routines yet looked better than me when I was training "perfectly" when all I really needed to do was keep doing the same shit for a while

    I agree with that but i would add consistently working hard on the big exercises.

    Eg being consistent on tricep kickbacks isn't going to do shit.

    Yeah, I new from the start that the big exercises were the key though :P
