I drove up from Sydney to Newcastle, taking the coast route and stopping at a few of the little towns along the way. They were all gorgeous.

I've driven Sydney to Newcastle many times on the freeway......boring as bat shit lol.

Sydney to Nowra....now that's a good drive. Kiama and Gerringong...they're good spots.

Best place in NSW is Jindabyne and Mt Kozzi NP.
Heading down monday for snow trekking across the alps and maybe some skiing :)

narooma, merimbula and eden are awesome places.. that south coast area is great.

head into the "high" country and do some trout fishing at lake eucumbene or bushwalks up in the hills and get away from everything.
