Im reading 5/3/1 at the moment and it looks good!
I like the principles behind it from what i've read!
Im not changing anything in my current program yet as when i went to the gym previously i kept trying new programs as i read them in magazines etc. and didnt really see any results.
I will definately be adding some of the stuff to my next program tho!

Yeah mate 5/3/1 prob not the best programme for a beginner but the manual has heaps of good training info in it. Google starting strength and read some of the info out there online. That would be a really good programme to run next, there is spreadsheet for it in all the stuff I emailed you.

Just keep at it mate the secret is consistency.
