Levrone, who has also done 4 or so raw reps on 220kg bench, is still pretty fast.

He looks like he runs around 7.3 for 60m here, which is not bad for a non-sprinter.

Thats pretty bloody impressive! Especially for a BB, you can tell his upper body mass was letting him down.

Quite amazed he could bend over and touch his toes too! Props to him.

Awesome lol, seen this before. Levrone is pretty explosive, stayed with him for the first 5 metres :p. Probably could have made a world class sprinter if he trained for it.

60m sprint is such an awesome event, one of my favourites. I've run it a couple of times in comp.

Went to a tom platz seminar years ago, and he could put his hands flat on ground behind his legs with them straight.

Incredible flexibility and massive thighs.

Awesome. He's too big.
Dem shoulders.
Dem legs.
Harder to run faster :p
But still very impressive!

Dem black, beautiful genetics! Yeahhhh boi

Thanks for posting spartacus! :)

It's not bulk that slows one down it's fat, you can't flex fat.

When you look at "bodybiulders" most are built for speed, it's logical.

I guess you believe squats make your glutes too big and leg extensions are effective leg mass builders?

Muscle mass does not equal inflexibilty.

As spartacus said, Tom Platz.

Look at Ronnie's technique :D

Certainly not, but once you get big enough guys can barely wipe their ass let alone touch there toes.

Sorry if what I said came across wrong champ.
