How much protein to consume would have to be one of the most popular questions that gets all sorts of answers

As we know,Protein is essential for a bodybuilder so that they can meet their fitness goals.

How much protein should a bodybuilder consume daily?

How much protein should a bodybuilder consume in one sitting?

What is the best balance of getting protein from food and supplements?

What about you ? , how much protein do you consume and take it change or it constant ??

I eat about 300g a day, give or take 50g depending on schedule. But I didn't make a diet that consisted of this much, I just sat down one arvo and worked out that's the amount in the food I regularly consume. I'm a big meat eater, and consume around 3000 cals a day roughly. I'm cutting back to 2500 next week to lose some more fat mass, gonna add sprints in as well.

Usually 220g+, I'm supposed to be on 3000 cals but Been struggling with diet in the past week or so, certainly feel it in my body, never had full body doms before :(

1. Probably 1g/llb is a safe bet.
2. It doesn't matter whether you eat 8 or 1 meals a day. Bigger meals = bigger thermic effects, smaller meals = smaller thermic effects.
3. It doesn't matter so long as you meet your macros.
