do I even lift?
I am curious to see what totals (bench, squat and dead) people have, how long they have trained and their weight. I am not a power lifter but I still want to get 370kg as a sort of goal.

proceed.

not sure how I went arranging the numbers, but hey...

Currently training bench 1.5years, squat and dead only 2 months.....

TOTAL 340kg at 80kg

Squat ~100
Bench ~70
DL ~115
= 285

Puts me in the 251-300. I'd love to pass that 300, bench numbers are letting me down.

Only started really focusing on these compounds in the past year. Weight 74kg.

667.5kg, with a bit left in the tank. Should easy get 680 in 10 weeks.
245 squat, 150kg bench, 270 dead.
Keep in mind, for it to be a total, all 3 lifts must be done on the same day.

If we are going separate days, put me down for 677.5kg
250, 152.5, 275. Those are my current PB's.

Currently 457, started dec '11, but have size on my side :p
Chasing 500 as my first goal

250kgs @ 54kgs
Hopefully 265 by June Nationals.
Need to work on initial DL pull and a stronger bench. Squats coming along fine, just gotta trust the wraps! (Wraps rock!)
PL training since Feb
Previous total was about 170-180kgs @ 52kgs

445@ 83kg sq 145 bp 110 dl 190

started strength training beginning of 2011 after coming back from a layoff after a shoulder injury prior to that I was a broscientist of the highest order. I did so much upperbody work I forgot I had any limbs below my dick.

Want 500 before years end, dunno if it's possible but a mans gotta have goals.

515 @ 102kg all in my garage

Would love to hit at least a 200 squat in coming months.

Scott its amazing how quickly your total has shot up. Great work mate.

395 @ 75.5.

Really want that 400! Would be absolutely stoked to get 400 @ 70kg or 450 @ <75kg by the end of the year.

162.5/90/192.5 - 445 @ 86.48
with about 15kg in the tank (7.5 on squat and dead)
12 months training

wanting 500 by the end of the year

A better poll would have been how many times BW is your total!!!

Before my back injury, my gym lifts were 150, 130, 180 = 460kg @73kgbw

I was hopeing to smash 500 ( >160, 140, >200) At 75kg in June, now I am just hopeing to be strong and healthy enough, to enter and not be embarasing to the sport.

I may have accidentally voted the wrong one.

DL - 160kg
SQ - 160kg
Bench - 85/90kg

which puts me just above 400, not just below 400.

5.8*BW

At 70kg, with 1.5 years training, and almost none of that using a straight bar on a bench :)

Adjusted poll for above 400.
