Some great lifts and a few new records set....

Adams raw lifts where awesome to watch....
 
Exhausted is an understatement!
Saw some great lifting, met some awesome people, was given great advice and pointers from the most knowledgable in the sport! Saw some records smashed and set , and to top it all off I broke the womens open Squat record for my weight class and set the national records for my weight and age class ;)
I came second of the three strong girls competing.

Now its time for ice cream!
