    Can't cure it. Keep eating well, keep fluids up and rest well. Take a sleeping pill, a panadol, go to bed. Repeat as necessary

    As hippy as it sounds, I agree.

    My daily kale shake contains garlic, ginger and chased by a vitamin C tablet. Never get a cold throughout the year. When I go on holiday where I can't get the garlic and ginger, I always come home with a cold. Happened just recently with Bali.

    I rarely get a cold anyway. Dont bother with any thing hippy or fancy...just stay healthy

    people who never get a cold most likely have limited access to people...
