Haha cheers mate. Could have something to do with the fact I've always done incline bench? Ever since I started training chest, was always flat and incline. In fact, I've never really changed my chest routine over all the years I"ve been training.

You've got some good shape happening with those pecs there. Nice work, a bit more size and pecs will be looking good.

I don't think that is the reason mate.
I have always done inclines and my lower pecs absolutely smash my upper despit me never doing declines.

It's our genetic make up. I have good lower pec genetics and not so good upper pec and you have good upper pec genetics, if we combine the two we would have a killer chest lol.

Probably a bit of both lol.

In any case, I probably need to go easy on the chest training for a while, but I really love having a good chest pump (and it's so easy to get).
 
I got a long way to go

Need to lose 15-17 more kgs then (finally) lean bulk

I have been at it for 18 months now and lost 80kgs

I'm over this caloric deficit business.
