Seriously, I tore my calluses open that they bled (during crossfit wod), multiple times!
Plus I used to box so they were good for making sure my nails didn't go through my palms.:D
Haven't used them in PL but tempted for use on that ABC bar!:mad:
Contemplating using them for chinups on the rack at PtC, that rips hands apart also.
or have a tablespoon of concrete 4 times a day every 4-6 hours. if symptoms of being soft persists for more then a week consult your coach.
