Green tea

yep but it's chocolate. plenty sufficient! ;)

and Joel, from all the crapola that's around, it basically comes down to foods high in:

Zinc (stuff like oysters)
Vitamin B complex (B12 esp)
Mono-unsaturated fats (avocados as well as nuts, olive etc etc with bonus Vit A)
Omega-3s

seems to be the consensus.

yea thats pretty much what I thought...didnt know if u knew of any sneaky diff foods! lol...thanks!

Think I will add a Vitamin B complex supplement into my diet though...been meaning to do this for awhile!

if you get the Bs from whole foods (which you probably are?) that's a better option than taking them. Turns out to be very expensive pee otherwise....

the only vitamins/minerals worth taking as supplements are those we are deficient in because it's not made by the body or not efficiently made by the body. I take D only because even when I take it my levels seem to stay low (ie liver doesn't seem to produce it with stimulation to do so).

I was reading somewhere - (I will need to find it) that green tea can decrease test levels??? :S

Well I'm scared off the stuff now......thanks Buddy! lol :D

In all seriousness I like green tea, but I just use lipton green tea bags in hot water when its cold usually. Never really made me feel better except I do like a bit of honey in it if I have a cold or feel a bit off.
