Carb back loading ??

so why not just do the 10 days of low carbs + higher fats and then switch to only eat carbs post workout? or have i got it wrong and thats actually what it is?
i feel that eating before training is pretty pointless as i don't think that meal is really going to be properly utilized. that meal would still just be digesting by the time i hit the gym.

i prefer eating protein, veg and fats pretty much all the time. i train on an empty stomach first thing.

it does FEEL a bit better to eat before gym lol because i do love 2 muffins, a coffee and an omlette before training :D BUT i perform much better running on empty and i have much more focus.

even lee priest said it doesn't matter what you eat before training, its what you ate the day before.
