Guys / Gals,

My BIGGEST weakness is my eating plan. More
so Breakfast.

I'd appreciate if all of you can post up your
break-fast ideas that are high in protein (at least
30g of protein), Less than 5 minutes to prepare.

Any help is appreciated.

Devante.

500ml milk with 30g BN wpc = close to 450 calories, 40g protein
2 toast with peanut butter close to 400 calories
I use to eat eggs but i gave up i just couldnt stomach them in the morning
Could easily add bacon in

1. Why do you need breakfast? Especially when it sounds like you have trouble eating it.

2. Why does it need to be high protein? You can always down more protein later.

1. Yes I have trouble downing it.

2. All the popular literature states that roughly around 30g of Protien
in the morning is essential to kick start your metabolism. Whether you
want to build muscle or loose fat.

Do you know something I don't??? If so TELL ME!!! LOL.:D

As with steroids and my tomfoolery (posting ridiculous pictures) in that section i will also refer my children interested in dieting to visit this section.

I have seen the error of my ways, thank you Sticky.

My breakfast is a shake consisting of:

1 frozen banana
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop BN WPC (choc at the moment)
2 eggs

Approx. 473 cals / 46.9 pro / 40.9 carbs

Blend the fk out of it, if you blend it for ages it goes heaps smooth and creamy. Dunno if it has something to do with the frozen banana?

Breakfast has always been my weak point so these shakes work out well. and I drink them on the bus lol.

Just be careful with the raw eggs. they can be harmful.
