i prefer fresh, frozen veges are always mushy when you cook them but fresh i can just steam or blanch and keep them crispy.
 
If I buy frozen (spinach mostly) I tend to go off it before the pack is through.
I just buy what I need fresh and that is all.
 
i cut up fresh spinach and freeze.. then just pull out a bag and boil as usual.. seems to still be ok..

frozen beans are win!! other frozen are not very good...

hard when you don't have any decent fresh suppliers nearby
 
I'd prefer fresh but have only ever bought frozen because its easier lol

I do get sick of frozen veggies very quickly though so I probs should make the effort to buy fresh
