yes, I find it easy for Arnold press as I use momentum to get them up. up to 20kg not heavy. but I hate lifting dumbells for bench press.

I don't avoid anything but i do take Lunges pretty cautiously. I hurt my knee years ago and every now and then it twinges if i do lunges and haven't warmed up properly.

probably only exercise I wold avoid, when not interested in a powerlifting comp, would be heavy deadlifts.

prefer other exercises any day, including trap bar deadlifts.

I avoid lunges. Just cannot do them without patella tendon pain. Never have been able to. :(

I usually avoid most isolation exercises also, mostly but not entirely due to time constraints.

Jeez did it put you out or split your face?

My worst experience has only been racking a twenty from the bar to my big toe.

No man, it was rubber coated and my mate grabbed it pretty quickly, only hurt my pride and ego, was fuken embarrassing though.

Stiffys, cause i'm concerned about my lower back. Never had a lower back injury, and really don't want one.

Anything with cables, because I don't see the point vs free weights, same with machines, though especially anything like a leg extension machine. Skullcrushers, whether with a dumbbell or ez curl bar, for some reason they give me insane elbow soreness and pain. Anything done in a Smith Machine due to the artificially limited plane of movement Calf raises.
