good mornings

Lol you know what I mean

The westside guys do them with 300+ and Pritchard does reps with 200, roughly 60% of his best raw squat
 
Everytime i give good mornings to a the new guys and put in even 30% of their squat weights. They end up rounding the back. Im not sure why bill would recommend on doing 50%. Unless it was taken out of context.

Well even starting at 30% would be too high for most initially. Bill recommends eventually building your way up to 50% of your squat, it should take you a while to get there. No one gives a shit how much you GM. Take your time increasing the weight and get the most out of it.
