26.08.12 In these pics I am 75.6kg. My back seems to be getting back some mass I list earlier. Really need to add some mass to my shoulders, traps, and arms.

Currently <72kg lost heaps off mass off my back, legs, chest, shoulders. This year has been dominated by injuries just as things seem to be going right...last back injury gas resulted in near permanant sciatic pain.

Next year I will have to focus on size over outright strength.

Will post pics in a few days, comps over mehh, hopefully next year will net some proper improvements.

75.6kg here I do think I was a bit heavier before this, I remember I got to 77 or near enough at one stage

January 2013

hips = 93, -4cm
thigh = 56, -2cm
u/arm = 32, -3cm, 37, -2cm flexed

This year
i added 5kg to my comp paused bench, and t&g bench, 125, & 130kg
deadlift comp pb of 190kg, wish i hadn't now :(
squats, who knows I did 147.5 in june at the gpc nationals, my pb is 150 pre back issues. over 12 months ago.
added 5kg to my power clean
added 20+ kg to front squat, pb 120kg
stuffed my back once bad, and ongoing niggle, basically stopped me doing deads and squats for maybe 6-8months of the year. Glandular fever before christmas, pretty much put the nails in...

there is allways next time..

good luck noticing much of a change, a positive one anyways.
