I am indeed rocking the 'SS' haircut.

Yes strength went up considerably.

At 15kg lighter, squats were at 150 x 5 for sets. DB pressing was at 45kg x 5 for sets. Bent Rowing was at 110 x 5 for sets.

I can't tell if my eyes are being tricked but it looks like the key place where you gained muscle was on your legs? Good cut though and good luck with the lean bulk this year
