Cheaters!!! I put in 20kg during puberty without touching a weight.
It is all relative though. If I was judging you and saw big differences in your weaker points (traps
, tri's and legs) I would be more impressed due to how difficult it is for you to improve. But then again we always get sucked in by the wow factor ie When Jim gets ripped up.

The boldies should definitely be in the 8/1 or 10/1 area. If they rip up they will be looking mighty different.
