Everyone has until Christmas day to post up their results.

Post up your comparison pics in the same poses and same lighting conditions.

Any questions, post them in here

By my count, we only had 6 entrants in this competition:

- Alpha Moth
- BigJim
- The Hulk
- dicko10
- jzpowahz
- and myself

Looking forward to seeing everyone's transformations!

I posted mine in the other thread. Not so pleased with the results, but hey, I was supertramping around Europe 10 of the months, with little food and nearly no gym.

Nevertheless.

Not so pleased with my results either.

My year basically went like this:

- Jan (when pics taken) to March - great, massive strength gains, good weight gain, then got injured.
- March to May - didn't really train at all, had a very unfavourable change in body composition
- July til present - cutting away all the excess fat I gained.

So essentially my progress for the year was leaning up and getting a tan. No doubt I have lost size overall.

But am hoping for a very productive year next year, especially now that I am starting from a nice lean base. Hopefully some muscle memory will kick in too. Anyway, here are the comparison pics.
