My 2200 cal bulking diet using Max's guidelines

I have just come off a 2 week diet break today. I just made sure that I was still getting my protein & fat requirements.


im looking foward to my diet break, Ive gotten in to the worst habbit of pulling out my phone and logging before i can eat something.

Actually, Mabey this is a good habbit, Just really looking faward to 2 weeks not having to log anything.
